Transformers: The Last Knight Review
The movie advances the story of the Transformers and shows how the world has changed since the previous movie installment.
Mark Wahlberg reprises his role from the last film and John Turturro comes back as Agent Simmons. The voice actors of the Autobots and Decepticons also reprise their roles.
This movie seemed like a big budget “B” movie. It was nearly two and half hours long, it could of been cut down without taking out anything from the main story. It was a so-so transformers movie compared to the others.
The movie visually was amazing with the exception of too much going on all over the screen during scenes of action.
Bumblebee still stands out as one of the best characters of the franchise compared to Optimus Prime who isn’t as good as everyone likes to believe. The villain in the film lacked a lot, she wasn’t in the film for very long and you didn’t care if she came or went.
The focus was more on the human characters then the robots. The robots just affected what was going on with the human characters. A lot of the robot characters were left on the back burner such as Grimlock who was barely a supporting a character.
If you’re a fan of the Transformers then you’ve probably already seen it. If not wait for it to rent or watch it when it’s on television.
The film didn’t perform too well in the box office being the first Transformers film to not make 100 million dollars in its opening weekend.by
